We have a disciplined approach to investing and focus on asset classes, geographies, and investment risks we know and understand well.
We have experience investing across market cycles and understand the various risk factors implicit in different asset classes and investment structures across market and liquidity cycles.
We evaluate each opportunity in terms of the returns it potentially offers, commensurate with the risk involved - given the asset class, the location, the market and where we are in the cycle.
We tailor each opportunity to specific investor groups that match the market risk and the liquidity and cashflow profile of the opportunity.
We are operationally focused and take a hands-on approach to investment management and property management. While we rely on partners and third parties for certain capabilities, we remain involved in all aspects of the business and decision making and take our fiduciary responsibilities seriously.

Southern States
We are Texas based and primarily focused on the key growth markets of Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio in Texas.
Within these markets we look for submarkets that are creating new jobs and/or offer good access to existing employment centers, are in good school districts or are attractive to a younger demograhic from a lifestyle perspective.
We plan to expand to growth markets in Florida, the Carolinas, Georgia and Arizona as we grow.
In markets outside of Texas we will look to partner with local partners on the operational aspects of investment management.
